Do we have to migrate our mailboxes?
No. mxflo is a gateway that sits in front of your existing mail servers. You keep cPanel/WHM, Plesk, SmarterMail or Zimbra exactly as they are and simply point MX records at the mxflo edge.
Which antivirus engines scan our mail?
Every message is scanned by three engines — ClamAV plus Check Point and Bitdefender via ICAP — alongside URL and reputation intelligence. Multi-scanning catches threats that any single engine would miss.
How does mxflo handle a compromised account?
Outbound behaviour is scored continuously. When signals such as a spam spike, unusual volume or a login anomaly cross a threshold, mxflo escalates through watch, throttle and hold — and can automatically suspend the mailbox in cPanel or Zimbra, with a full incident record.
Is mxflo fully managed?
Yes. We deploy mxflo in front of your mail, tune the protection to your traffic and monitor it around the clock — so your team gets enterprise-grade email security without running any infrastructure. You still get full visibility through the console whenever you want it.
